Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n

February 6th, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n

Roll Call: Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Paula Niccum, Dusty Deschamps\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Minutes:\u00a0 Motion to approve minutes as posted on site made by Cyndie, seconded by Dusty, motion carried, minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Old Business:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Andy Mefford from PCI came to meeting to report on inspection of system to address bateria hits.\u00a0 Some problems were found that could be possible causes of bacteria hits.\u00a0 There are maintenance things that need to be addressed as well as some repairs and system improvements.\u00a0 He is researching quotes for the projects and the board is hoping to have all information provided to system users before the March 6 meeting so members who hae questions can attend.<\/p>\n

Financial Information:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Financial report for October was read.\u00a0 Cyndie moved to approve, Dusty seconded, motion carried, October financials approved.\u00a0 November financial report read.\u00a0 Paula moved to approve, Dusty seconded, motion carried, November financials approved.<\/p>\n

Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n

New Business\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Kari Wafsted resigned the board.\u00a0 She had 17 months remaining on her term.\u00a0 Meggan Quigley is willing to serve the remaining term, it should be approved by resolution at the next meeting.<\/p>\n
