{"id":16562,"date":"2018-11-07T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-11-08T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16562"},"modified":"2018-11-07T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-11-08T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2018-11-07","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16562","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2018-11-07"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>November 7th, 2018 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call:<\/span> Dusty Deschamps, Kari Wafsted, Cyndie Winchell, Paula Niccum<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes: <\/span>A motion to approve minutes as posted on site was made by Kari, seconded by Cyndie.\u00a0 Motion passed, minutes approved.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information:\u00a0 <\/span>Cyndie read Financial information for July.\u00a0 Motion made to approve by Dusty, seconded by Paula.\u00a0 Motion carried, financials approved.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:\u00a0<\/span> All meters that had been purchased have been identified as having been installed.<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business: \u00a0<\/span>Board needs to purchase new meters. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Barb has secured a card for the Board to use for purchases.\u00a0 Paperwork for all board members to be authorized users was completed and will be submitted.\u00a0 Dusty mad a motion that statements will be reviewed by the board at monthly meetings.\u00a0 Motion seconded by Kari, motion passed.<\/p>\n<p>Water in the Booster station building vault- how to remedy:<\/p>\n<p>-The top is askew, proposal to purchase something to cover the whole top and down the sides.<\/p>\n<p>-Possible purchase of a sump pump in the spring if issue not resolved.\u00a0 It would be less costly than digging down to the depth of the vault to excavate the collapsed drain line.<\/p>\n<p>The Byrne outdoor meter was not read all summer.\u00a0 Will work with meter reader to remedy going forward.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The board is working on storage shelving for protecting the paperwork in the booster station and mouse control for the building.<\/p>\n<p>Kari Wafsted announced her resignation from the board.\u00a0 Her last meeting will be Wednesday December 5.\u00a0 Anyone interested in serving on the board should contact any board member or come to a meeting.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Adjournment:\u00a0 <\/span>A motion to adjourn was made by Paula, seconded by Dusty.\u00a0 Motion carried, meeting adjourned.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>District Website: http:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/<\/li>\n<li>Respectfully submitted by Paula Niccum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Meeting Minutes November 7th, 2018 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department Roll Call: Dusty Deschamps, Kari Wafsted, Cyndie Winchell, Paula Niccum Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve minutes as posted on site was made by Kari, seconded by Cyndie.\u00a0 Motion passed, minutes approved.
