A RESOLUTION\u00a0…<\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h2>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District has issued bonds through the DNRC’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0said bonds have a payment due on or about July\u00a01, 2018; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the amount of the payment due is $4,866.25 (four thousand\u00a0eight hundred sixty six\u00a0dollars and twenty-five cents); and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District’s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span>\u00a0that the District\u00a0authorizes payment as required by the SRF program. \u00a0It further directs any or all board members to sign whatever documentation is required to facilitate prompt payment.<\/p>\n
