Roll Call:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Cyndie Winchel<\/span>l, Dusty Deschamps, Kari Wafstet, Barb Powell<\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes as posted\u00a0<\/span>on the website was made by Barb<\/span>, seconded by Kari. \u00a0Motion carried,\u00a0<\/span>minites<\/span>\u00a0approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial Information: Barb<\/span>\u00a0read financi<\/span>al info from county for December 2017.\u00a0<\/span>We need to make sure we get half the cost of booster pump repair from vendor.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Motion to approve made by Dusty, seconded by Kari<\/span>. \u00a0Motion carried, financials approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Credit application for new meters:\u00a0<\/span>Done!<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Updating meeting signs: \u00a0They will be painted and re-written when weather allows.<\/span>\u00a0Looking at a stencil.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Future leak detection and water use on Old Marshall Grade: Will discuss at a later date. Want to have DEQ come to a board meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Reminder on bills and website for meter access: Have Janet put a note on bills to be mailed out, Barb will put it on the website.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
