{"id":16531,"date":"2018-02-07T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-02-08T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16531"},"modified":"2018-02-07T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-02-08T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2018-02-07","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16531","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2018-02-07"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>February 7, 2018 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call:Cyndie Winchell, Dusty Deschamps, Kari Wafsted, Paula Niccum<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes as posted on the website was made by Dusty, seconded by Kari. \u00a0Motion carried, minites approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information: Cyndie read financial info from county for November. \u00a0Motion to approve made by Kari, seconded by Dusty. \u00a0Motion carried, financials approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credit application for new meters: No response to last request. \u00a0Cyndie called them again. \u00a0They agreed to fax a new application to Cyndie, she will fill it out and we will have the line of credit established.<\/li>\n<li>Updating meeting signs: \u00a0They will be painted and re-written when weather allows.<\/li>\n<li>Board elections: \u00a0Dusty and Cyndie have submitted paperwork to run for the board for another term. \u00a0Any other water system member can also run for these board positions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Future leak detection in the system: Cyndie and Barb will read the houses on the hill and the booster pump house meters this Friday and compare numbers.<\/li>\n<li>The board reminds all water system users that it is the homeowners responsibility to keep meters accessible for reading.
