A RESOLUTION\u00a0AUTHORIZING COMPENSATION FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017<\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h2>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District has adopted bylaws providing for compensation of directors for each month during which they attended a meeting; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS, <\/span>the District’s bylaws call for each board member to receive $30 for each month during which they actually attended a meeting;<\/p>\n

WHEREAS, <\/span> during fiscal year 2017, the various directors attended the number of meetings as listed below:<\/p>\n
