A RESOLUTION\u00a0AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE EAST MISSOULA VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT<\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/strong><\/h1>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong><\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0the District holds its board meetings on the first Wednesday of each month; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong><\/span> the District holds each of its meetings at the East Missoula Volunteer Fire Department using its meeting room; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong><\/span> renting an alternative location for meetings would cost the District a reasonable amount of money; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong><\/span> it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the\u00a0East Missoula Fire Department\u00a0to compensate them for allowing the District the use of their facilities; and<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/strong><\/span> that the District\u00a0authorize a payment to the East Missoula Fire Department in the amount of $325.00 (three hundred twenty five dollars).<\/p>\n
