Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/span><\/p>\n Meeting Minutes<\/span><\/p>\n November 1st, 2017 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/span><\/p>\n Roll Call: Cyndie, Barb, Kari<\/span><\/p>\n Approval of Minutes: Kari Approved, Barb seconded, motion carried.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Financial Information: Barb read August financial report.\u00a0 Motion made to approve by Kari, seconded by Cyndie, motion carried, financials approved.<\/span><\/p>\n Public Input: None.<\/span><\/p>\n Old Business:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Marshall Grade upgrades and booster valve repair \u2013 discuss with Brian regarding the curb stop.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Board has been having problems with delays of claim payment and claims being lost.\u00a0 Cyndie is in communication with the County.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Cyndie is in the process of establishing a line of credit for the purchase of new meters and will update board at next meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n Updating the meeting signs \u2013 tabled until next meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A resolution was made for Director compensation and Fire Department donation. Kari made a motion for Director compensation, Barb seconded, motion passed.
