{"id":16508,"date":"2017-07-06T02:05:45","date_gmt":"2017-07-06T09:05:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16508"},"modified":"2017-07-06T02:05:45","modified_gmt":"2017-07-06T09:05:45","slug":"meeting-2017-7-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16508","title":{"rendered":"Meeting 2017-7-5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water &amp; Sewer District<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6:00 pm July 5, 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>East Missoula Fire Station<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Roll Call: \u00a0<\/strong>Paula Niccum, Barb Powell, Dusty Deschamps, Cyndie Winchell.<\/p>\n<p>Approval of Minutes: \u00a0Dusty made a motion to approve the minutes as posted on site. \u00a0Seconded by Barb, Motion passed, minutes approved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial Information: \u00a0<\/strong>Barb May financial report from the county. \u00a0Some discussion of inconsistencies regarding the categories some expenses are attributed to.<\/p>\n<p>More clarification will be pursued by Barb. \u00a0Motion made by Barb to approve the minutes, seconded by Dusty, motion carried, financials approved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Public Input: \u00a0<\/strong>None.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Old Business: \u00a0<\/strong>Covers for the valves in the pump house were made by Paula. \u00a0Expenses will be presented for reimbursement next meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Leak at Marshall Grade and DEQ: \u00a0Brian has supplied documentation of booster at Lee Cox residence, it will either be disconnected or grandfathered in to comply with DEQ. \u00a0The test results we have had were all from on the hill. \u00a0There is still standing water in the curb stop. \u00a0Solutions are being investigated. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sorenson meter replaced and sensor button for meter reader moved.<\/p>\n<p>Sewer system alert proposal is still under discussion. \u00a0Adam may be able to attend next meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Meter reader position- A meter reader has been found to perform reading for Janet and Mike. \u00a0Board will look at hiring status, contract wording, etc. \u00a0Janet&#8217;s contract may be up as well, board will consider both items.<\/p>\n<p>Sewer lot mowing discussion: \u00a0Cyndie spoke to Adam about more frequent mowing and his request to spray for weeds. \u00a0She explained that the $400 the board budgeted for mowing was all that would be paid. \u00a0The county was called and they do not have any problem with spraying. \u00a0Currently, spraying is not in the budget.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Business: \u00a0<\/strong>Barb looked at Janet&#8217;s budget information. \u00a0For the last year, some items were under and some over projection, but totals all within the normal range.
