{"id":16495,"date":"2017-02-02T04:50:12","date_gmt":"2017-02-02T11:50:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16495"},"modified":"2017-02-02T04:50:12","modified_gmt":"2017-02-02T11:50:12","slug":"meeting-2016-7-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16495","title":{"rendered":"Meeting 2016-7-7"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water &amp; Sewer District<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>July 7, 2016 6:00 pm Bonner Lutheran Church<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Roll Call:\u00a0<\/strong>Dusty Deschamps, Kari Wafstet, Paula Niccum, Cyndie Winchell, Barb Powell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minutes:<\/strong>\u00a0A motion was made, seconded and carried to approve the minutes as they were posted on the website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financials:\u00a0<\/strong>Financial report for May was read. \u00a0Motion to approve made by Paula. \u00a0Seconded by Kari, Motion crried, financial reports approved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Public input:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Old Business:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fencing the sewer lot- One estimate received, one reequested but not supplies, more will be requested. \u00a0Dusty wil investigate the need for fencing and report at August meeting.<\/li>\n<li>A motion to compensate Tom Carroll in the form of a $200 credit for maintaining the pump house lot and $100 credit tocompensate Mike Huber fo meeting signage and mowing the pump house lot on the hill was made by Dusty, seconded by Kari. \u00a0Motion carried, credits approved. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Barb will look into the insurance renewal and report at August meeting. \u00a0Renewal notices should show up in April.<\/li>\n<li>Budget spreadsheet from Mike Lilley- Barb is working on learning Mike&#8217;s system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>New Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Welcome Dusty Deschamps to the board to replace Mike Lilley. \u00a0There will be a resolution to make Dusty offical on the water board, Barb will address.<\/p>\n<p>Meters- Hilderman&#8217;s meter is reading low. \u00a0Cyndie called him, he will investigate.<\/p>\n<p>We need to get more new meters. \u00a0Cyndie will set up an account with a vendor.<\/p>\n<p>Harrison&#8217;s outside meter died, we provided hi with a new one and he will do the replacement. \u00a0Adam will read the meter and report.<\/p>\n<p>Cyndie will contact the Greenes about their outside meter, it showed no change at last reading.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adjournment:\u00a0<\/strong>A motion to adjourn was made\u00a0by Cyndie, seconded by Kari, Motion passed, meeting adjourned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minutes submitted by Paula Niccum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water &amp; Sewer District July 7, 2016 6:00 pm Bonner Lutheran Church Roll Call:\u00a0Dusty Deschamps, Kari Wafstet, Paula Niccum, Cyndie Winchell, Barb Powell.
