A resolution Adopting a policy for paying certain pre-approved expenses<\/b><\/p>\n
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District will, from time to time, have expenses which must be processed in a more timely manner than that allowed by approving each claim at the regular meeting; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> failure to pay such expenses might result in additional cost or other penalty to the District; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District must adopt a policy allowing such expenses to get paid in a timely manner; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> such policy must still require sufficient District oversight of expenditures by the board.<\/p>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District adopt the Pre-Approved Expenses policy as defined in that document dated\u00a0November 2, 2016.<\/p>\n
