Minutes:<\/strong> Motion to approve as posted on website<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>by Mike<\/span><\/span>, seconded by\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Cyndie<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0 Motion\u00a0<\/span><\/span>carried,\u00a0 minutes<\/span><\/span>\u00a0approved.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Financials:<\/strong> Barb read financial report<\/span><\/span>\u00a0for February.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>M<\/span><\/span>otion<\/span><\/span>\u00a0to approve as ready made by Mike, seconded by Paula, motion carried, report approved.\u00a0 Barb read the financial<\/span><\/span>\u00a0report for April, motion to approve made by Mike, seconded by\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Cy<\/span><\/span>ndie<\/span><\/span>, motion carried and report approved.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Public input: None<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Old\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Business:\u00a0<\/strong> Sewer<\/span><\/span>\u00a0lot fencing- two bids requested, only one response received, estimate seemed high.\u00a0 Barb will request two more bids.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Meeting with County Attorney- The district has the power with organization and ordinances to address issues regarding water and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>waste water<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0 Beyond those issues nothing can be done without\u00a0<\/span><\/span>justifying<\/span><\/span>\u00a0the effort and expense.\u00a0 The county attorney’s office can’t help\u00a0<\/span><\/span>us, they<\/span><\/span>\u00a0have too much other stuff to do and this would be a low priority.\u00a0 They rec<\/span><\/span>ommend<\/span><\/span>\u00a0we put up a fence on the sewer lot and keep track of any illegal activity.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

New Business:<\/strong> Bond payment.\u00a0 Resolution 2016-01 to make the bond payment.\u00a0 Motion to approve by Paula, seconded by Barb,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>motion<\/span><\/span>\u00a0carried, resolution passed.\u00a0 Payment gets delivered to Dawn Overbaugh at Missoula County office of financial services. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cyndie will\u00a0<\/span><\/span>deliver<\/span><\/span>\u00a0it to Dawn.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Mike Lilley submitted his resignation from the board.\u00a0 We will need to find someone to replace him.\u00a0 We will need to redo signature cards so that forms can be processed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

A<\/span><\/span>\u00a0resolution will be written to appoint someone for the position. His term expires in 2017.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Someone needs to take custody of District paperwork.\u00a0 Some need to be immediately accessible, some is archival and\u00a0j<\/span><\/span>ust<\/span><\/span>\u00a0needs to be kept.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Cyndie<\/span><\/span>\u00a0will store the immediately accessible papers.\u00a0 The archival papers will be stored in the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>water<\/span><\/span>\u00a0tank pump house. \u00a0They will be elevated to prevent water damage.\u00a0 Cyndie or Paula will record the attendance from sign in sheets on the website.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Jim Harrison’s extra meter is not working.\u00a0 Cyndie will be contacting him about replacement.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Next meeting there should be resolutions to compensate Tom\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Carrol<\/span><\/span>\u00a0for well pump lot maintenance (200.00), and Mike Huber for mowing the tank house lot and putting out signage for meetings every month(100.00).<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cyndie moved to adjourn, Mike seconded, motion carried, meeting adjourned.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
