Roll Call: \u00a0Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Paula Niccum.<\/span><\/p>\n Approval of Minutes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Financial Information: <\/span><\/p>\n Financials read by Barb, motion to approve as read made by Mike, seconded by Cyndie, approved as read.<\/span><\/p>\n Public Input:<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n Janet has put in two hours cleaning up district books after Donna, will be compensated for same.<\/strong><\/p>\n Fencing of septic lot- Adam Pummil would like to submit a bid for fencing the lot.<\/strong><\/p>\n The district is also exploring the possibility of installing a security camera to document any abuses occurring on the property.<\/strong><\/p>\n Barb will research cameras and report to the board. \u00a0Cyndie will visit with relevant neighbors about siting the cameras.<\/b><\/p>\n Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n Repair on the hill complete, pumps stopped running constantly as soon as repair completed. \u00a0As part of the repair, the board approved payment for increasing diameter of the line to the Lilley curb stop because it was determined that it would have cost the district more if it hadn’t been enlarged.<\/span><\/p>\n New business:<\/b><\/p>\n There is a new Coliform rule- if there is a bacteria hit the district will be required to find the source of the hit and repair it. \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n System will always be chlorinated after power bumps.<\/b><\/p>\n Property tax exemption- the state is requiring re-application to DOR for tax exempt status for the four parcels owned by the district. \u00a0(The properties are the two sewer lots, the pump house and the storage tank site.)<\/b><\/p>\n The election dates for special districts have been changed to spring to correspond with school elections. \u00a0Ballot requirements have been changed, it no longer requires five signatures to get on the ballot.<\/b><\/p>\n Motion to adjourn made by Mike, seconded by Cyndie, meeting adjourned.<\/b><\/p>\n Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Meeting Minutes January 6th, 2016 06:00 PM at Lutheran Church Roll Call: \u00a0Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Paula Niccum.
