Roll call: Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Paula Niccum, Kari Wafstet.<\/p>\n

Approval of minutes: \u00a0Motion made by Mike to approve minutes as posted on website, seconded by Kari, motion passed to approve minutes as read.<\/p>\n

Financial Information<\/p>\n

Future financial information provided to board by new bookkeeper will include water usage ( a meter reading report).<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Public Input<\/p>\n
The county passed a resolution in response to House Bill 334 that requires minutes to be submitted to the county after they are posted and approved by the board, within 30 days after approval. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Old Business<\/p>\n
Darrah-Job residence- They are still dumping stuff on the sewer lot. \u00a0Board discussed fencing the border between their property and the sewer lot. \u00a03 bids will be solicited.The access to their shut off is repeatedly obstructed. \u00a0<\/p>\n
Mowing for the sewer lot has been compensated.<\/p>\n
Audit of books is pending a check as to whether the county website is useable yet.<\/p>\n
2015-12 was written to donate $200.00 to Bonner Lutheran church for use of their room for 12 monthly meetings. \u00a0Motion made by Cyndie, 2nd by Paula, motion passed.<\/p>\n

New Business<\/p>\n
Board received 3 bids for repairing line on the hill. \u00a0Much more expensive than original estimate, \u00a0 cost prohibitive at this point. \u00a0We are still looking at options and continuing research. \u00a0We will come up with a bottom line and discuss at next meeting.<\/p>\n
