{"id":16447,"date":"2015-10-04T08:32:36","date_gmt":"2015-10-04T15:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16447"},"modified":"2015-10-04T08:32:36","modified_gmt":"2015-10-04T15:32:36","slug":"resolution-2015-11-audit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16447","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2015-11 Audit"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"resolution-display\">\n<h1>A RESOLUTION\u00a0approving the district&#8217;s annual report<\/h1>\n<p class=\"resolved\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0M.C.A Section 2-7-514 requires all local government entities to have an annual audit of its finances by the MT Department of Administration; and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the fees for such audits are provided for under M.C.A.
