Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n

May 6th, 2015 06:00 PM at Lutheran Church<\/h3>\n

Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell, Mike Huber, and Tom Walter attended the meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Minutes: Cyndie Winchell moved to approve the minutes and Mike Huber made motion to accept. Everyone agreed. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial Information: Being the financials were not completed at the time of the meeting we all agreed to have them for our next meeting.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Public Input:<\/span>\u00a0Visitor Josh Jabalera, a Technical Assistant with Midwest Assistance Program offered certain help from the state when dealling with problems with our water system. \u00a0He mentioned that our level of Nitrites and Nitrates are a little elevated but not in a danger zone as many water systems are. \u00a0We found him rather informative and will most likely be visiting with him again in the near future. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 After further investigation on the water leak on the hill, the leak could not be found. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Mike Huber and Tom Walter agreed to research the sewer lot boundries and place permenant markers at each corner so there is no questions as to where the \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 property lines fall. This was brought to our attention due to illegal dumping of debrea on the sewer lot property. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
