A RESOLUTION\u00a0AUTHORIZING A PAYMENT TO THE LUTHERAN CHURCH<\/strong><\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District holds its board meetings on the first Thursday of each month; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b>\u00a0this year, the District is changing its customary meeting place to the Our Savior Lutheran Church for scheduling reasons; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b>\u00a0the pastor at the Our Savior Lutheran Church has been willing to allow us to use their meeting room; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b>\u00a0hiring an alternative location for meetings would cost the District a reasonable amount of money; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b>\u00a0it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the Our Savior Lutheran Church to compensate them for allowing the District the use of their facilities; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b>\u00a0in previous years our total donations to facilities allowing our use has totalled $200.00 (two hundred dollars); and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b>\u00a0the District would like to make its contribution available to the recipient for use as needed during the holiday season.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span> that the District\u00a0authorize a payment to the Our Savior Lutheran Church in the amount of $200.00 (two hundred dollars).<\/span><\/p>\n
