A resolution Amending the District’s Bylaws<\/span><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> it is important that The District have a clear set of policies and procedures governing its actions and accountabilities; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District adopted a set of bylaws on August 3, 2006; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District amended those bylaws on August 15, 2008; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District amended those bylaws on March 7, 2013; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District amended those bylaws on September 7, 2013; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> in accordance with those bylaws, the bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the board of directors.<\/span><\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span> that the District hereby amends the bylaws to be those identified as \u201cBylaws of Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District\u201d dated June 30<\/span>th<\/span>, 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2<\/span>nd<\/span> \u00a0day of July, 2014<\/span><\/p>\n
