A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF SUNNY MEADOWS DEBT OBLIGATION<\/span><\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District has issued bonds through the DNRC’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program; and<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> said bonds have a payment due on or about July 1, 2014; and<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the amount of the payment due is $4,558.63 (four thousand five hundred fifty-eight dollars and sixty-three cents); and<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District’s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span> that the District authorizes payment as required by the SRF program. It further directs any or all board members to sign whatever documentation is required to facilitate prompt payment.<\/span><\/p>\n
