Financial Information: Mike Lilley provided the board with the financial statements. The\u00a0<\/p>\n
financials were approved as read. Paula Niccum made motion to accept & Cyndie Winchell 2nd.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022 Discussed was a possible leak at one of the home owners on the hill. An update will be\u00a0<\/p>\n
posted on a possible solution at our next meeting.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Tom Walter is setting up the mowing of the sewer lot.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Weeds around the pump house. After speaking to The Water Quality Bureau in Helena it\u00a0<\/p>\n
was suggested that we do not use any type of weed killer of any kind. We are requesting\u00a0<\/p>\n
suggestions from the home owners on a safe way to remove the weeds without\u00a0<\/p>\n
contaminating our water system.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Insurance Renewal: Our Insurance will be renewed on July 1st, 2014.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bond Payment: Mike Lilley advised the board that the bond payment will also be paid on\u00a0<\/p>\n
July 1st, 2014. Paula Niccum made motion to accept and Tom Walter 2nd.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Our meetings will be held at the Church throughout the summer.\u00a0<\/p>\n
