\u2022 Extra Monthly billing\u2014After presenting to the home owners through the mail to change<\/p>\n
the billing period during the winter months it was almost unanimously voted to not\u00a0<\/p>\n
change it. The billing period will stay the same without changes.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Leak detection\u2014It was established by our water system manager Brian that there is no\u00a0<\/p>\n
detection of any leaks.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 New meter reader\u2014Cyndie indicated that a new water meter was purchased.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:<\/p>\n
\u2022 It was agreed by Tom Walter that he would see to it that the sewer lot will be mowed by\u00a0<\/p>\n
the Golf Coarse personal in a couple weeks. He also would attempt to seek a letter\u00a0<\/p>\n
indicating it will be ok to have our pump house lot sprayed for weeds.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Huber agreed to manage the weeds around the well house and well.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Lilley will prepare for the renewal of our insurance.\u00a0<\/p>\n
