Old Business: Brian is still performing a leak test at this time.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Pump House Door: Cyndie indicated that the new door for the pump house has not been\u00a0<\/p>\n
completed and should be accomplished soon.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Meter update: Cyndie indicates that she will purchase the new meter reader for $485.00<\/p>\n
Monthly Billing Request: Cyndie will write a letter to be sent out with the next billing period\u00a0<\/p>\n
seeking input from the home owners as to whether we should change to a monthly billing period\u00a0<\/p>\n
month.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The bond refinance paper work and review: Mike Lilley moved that we adopt a new\u00a0<\/p>\n
resolution for the bond. Mike Huber Seconded it. Paula read the new bond to the board. She also<\/p>\n
read the new resolution for the new bond.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Mike Lilley read the officers Certificate. He also read the Certificate & receipt of the Secretary.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Mike also read the Certificate as to the organization and financial conditions of the Sunny\u00a0<\/p>\n
Meadows.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Paula read the Certificate as to resolution and adopting a vote.<\/p>\n
Mike Lilley recommended we adopt the new resolution and Mike Huber 2nd.\u00a0<\/p>\n
