Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, and Tom Walter. Unable to attend the\u00a0<\/p>\n
meeting in person due to impassable road conditions Mike Lilley was able to attend the meeting\u00a0<\/p>\n
via a cell phone.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Approval of the minutes: Cyndie Winchell made motion to approve the minutes of the January\u00a0<\/p>\n
2014 meeting. Mike Huber seconded. Everyone agreed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Information: Cyndie Winchell presented to the board the financial report. Mike\u00a0<\/p>\n
Huber made motion to accept the financial information\u2014Tom Walter seconded. Everyone\u00a0<\/p>\n
agreed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Public Information: There was no public information.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Repair of the pump house door is still pending on a completion date. Weather has been a\u00a0<\/p>\n
factor.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Purchase of a new meter reader has been put on hold due to the original business has\u00a0<\/p>\n
closed their doors. Another company will be used in place of them.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To find and repair the leak on the hill has been placed on hold till the weather allows.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Again, it was discussed to stop the 3 month billing cycle and bill each home owner 12\u00a0<\/p>\n
separate months rather than bill the two three month billing cycles. This has been\u00a0<\/p>\n
discussed due to popular request of numerous home owners and all board members.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Changes will not take place till later this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bond Refinancing\u2014Mike Lilley approached the board at our February meeting for each\u00a0<\/p>\n
of us to look rather closely at refinancing our bond payment to shorten the over all life of\u00a0<\/p>\n
the payment and to reduce the over cost to the district. This would be very beneficial to\u00a0<\/p>\n
everyone involved. The board will further the investigation and procedure to move on\u00a0<\/p>\n
with this.\u00a0<\/p>\n
