Approval of the last meetings minutes: Tom Walter made motion to accept and Mike\u00a0<\/p>\n
Huber seconded. All agreed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Information: Cyndie Winchell presented to the board the financial report.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Mike Huber made motion to accept and Paula Niccum seconded. All agreed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Public Input: There was no public input.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business: Discussed was one particular home owner that continues to be late on\u00a0<\/p>\n
their monthly water payment despite being warned many times. The board\u2019s feelings are\u00a0<\/p>\n
that more stringent measures may have to be taken to encourage compliance.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 A possible leak near the booster pump up on the hill will have to be examined for a\u00a0<\/p>\n
leak.<\/p>\n
\u2022 One of the Home Owners requested that we bill him once a month all through the\u00a0<\/p>\n
year rather than issue him a bill for 3 months. We discussed changing this as possibly<\/p>\n
other Home Owners may agree. At this time we will research what it takes to change\u00a0<\/p>\n
this.\u00a0<\/p>\n
