Approval of the Minutes: Cyndie Winchell made motion to approve the minutes\u2014<\/p>\n
Paula Niccum seconded. Everyone agreed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Information: Mike Lilley presented to the board the financial report. Cyndie\u00a0<\/p>\n
Winchell made motion to accept the financials and Mike Huber seconded. Everyone\u00a0<\/p>\n
Approved.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Public Input: Brian, our water system managers indicated that our Chlorinator become\u00a0<\/p>\n
inoperable. Everyone on the board agreed to have it either fixed or replaced.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 We are still on for next spring to have the tank cleaned.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Annual Report: It was indicated that Mike Lilley sent the annual report in.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cyndie Winchell indicated that she was still planning on purchasing a new meter\u00a0<\/p>\n
reader.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Pump House Door: The plan is still to install a new door once the weather\u00a0<\/p>\n
improved.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Lilley indicated that he sent in the bond payment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
