A resolution to appoint a replacement director<\/b><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District was formed in accordance with all pertinent sections of M.C.A and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the term of District board member Mike Lilley will be up at the end of the year; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has notified all residents of the opening and solicited replacement candidates; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS, <\/b>no other resident of the District has volunteered or filed candidacy papers to fill this open position on the board; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS, <\/b>pursuant to M.C.A 7-13-2262 the District board has the authority to fill open positions on the board.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District appoint Mike Lilley to fill the vacant position on the Board of the District created by the expiration of his term, for a term of 4 years.<\/p>\n

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th<\/sup> day of November, 2013<\/p>\n
