A resolution authorizing a payment to the lutheran church<\/b><\/p>\n
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District holds its board meetings on the first Thursday of each month; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> at times, its customary meeting place at the Bonner school is unavailable for the District’s use; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the pastor at the Our Savior Lutheran Church has been willing to allow us to use their meeting room as a substitute location; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> hiring an alternative location for meetings would cost the District a reasonable amount of money; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the Our Savior Lutheran Church to compensate them for allowing the District the use of their facilities; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District would like to make its contribution available to the recipient for use as needed during the holiday season.<\/p>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District authorize a payment to the Our Savior Lutheran Church in the amount of $100.00 (one hundred dollars).<\/p>\n
