Roll Call: Present\u2014Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, & Tom Walter\u00a0<\/p>\n
Approval of the Minutes: There were no minutes from the last meeting.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Information: Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Mike Huber made motion to\u00a0<\/p>\n
accept & Cyndie Winchell seconded. Everyone approved.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Public Input: It was discussed that there is a significant increase in pay to Donna our bookkeeper<\/p>\n
over the contractual agreement. Cyndie volunteered to speak to her about this.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Due to scheduling complications to have our water tank cleaned the board agreed to\u00a0<\/p>\n
reschedule next spring as the tank isn\u2019t all that dirty.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 The Ray and Jennifer Burns property sale is still in question.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 It was agreed we pay $100 to both the church and school for the use of their rooms for\u00a0<\/p>\n
our meetings.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Everyone agreed to have the door to the pump house replaced.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Resolution 13 was passed to re-appoint Mike Lilley to the board of directors.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 The average rate per household was discussed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Financial Report: The Annual Financial Report was discussed and it was agreed to file\u00a0<\/p>\n
it to the county. Paula Niccum made motion to accept and Cyndie Winchell 2nd.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Damaged Meter Reader: It was discussed among the board to trash one of the meter\u00a0<\/p>\n
readers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Disconnect Notice: It was discussed by the board to disconnect one of the home owners\u00a0<\/p>\n
for lack of payment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bond Payment: The board voted on paying our bond payment of $5965.25.\u00a0<\/p>\n
