POLICY STATEMENT<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

It is the policy of the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District (SMWSD) that all items billed by the district be due 30 days after issuance.<\/p>\n

Purpose<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of this policy is to simplify district procedures so that all items billed by the district will have the same terms and aging periods.<\/p>\n

Current procedures result in late fees and finance charges being due immediately, resulting in confusion and incorrect handling of payments processed.<\/p>\n
