A resolution Adopting a policy for billing terms<\/b><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District will, from time to time, issue bills, assess late charges, and finance charges; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> current procedures result in differing handling of the billing terms between bills, late charges, and finance charges; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District wishes to simplify its procedures to reduce administrative costs.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District adopt the Billing Terms policy as defined in that document dated September 5th<\/sup>, 2013.<\/p>\n
