A resolution authorizing director compensation for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2013<\/b><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District was formed in accordance with all pertinent sections of M.C.A and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has adopted bylaws providing for compensation of directors for each month during which they attended a meeting; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District’s bylaws call for each board member to receive $30 for each month during which they actually attended a meeting; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> during fiscal year 2013, the various directors attended meetings during months as listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
