\u2022 Mike Lilley moved to approve the minutes. Cyndie 2nd. Everyone 2nd.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Information:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Mike Lilley presented and read the financial report. Mike Huber made motion to accept\u00a0<\/p>\n
and Paula Niccum 2nd. Everyone seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Public Input:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 There was no public input.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 There are only two people in the district 30 to 60 days behind in their payments.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 The water tank was not cleaned as they weren\u2019t able to drive up to the water tank\u00a0<\/p>\n
as it was too muddy. They will be re-scheduled possibly in the fall of this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Tom Walter spoke to the people at Canyon River Golf Coarse to have our sewer\u00a0<\/p>\n
lot mowed. They should be performing this soon.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 There were no long range projects in the future.<\/p>\n
New Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 I will call DEQ about possibly having our pump house lot sprayed with weed\u00a0<\/p>\n
killer. The lot is being over run by weeds.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 We discussed increasing Tom Carroll\u2019s lawn care services to the district as he\u00a0<\/p>\n
has done a very respect job in all aspects.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 It was discussed to pay our bond payment to US Bank. Everyone agreed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 The board is still hoping someone will show some interests in join the board as a<\/p>\n
member. We have a couple of openings coming up. We will plan on inserting a<\/p>\n
letter with the water bills to everyone with the hope of drawing some interests in\u00a0<\/p>\n
the neighborhood.\u00a0<\/p>\n
