Approval of the Minutes:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Huber approved the minutes and Tom Walter seconded. Everyone approved.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Information:<\/p>\n
Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Mike Huber made motion to accept and Tom Walter\u00a0<\/p>\n
seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Public Input:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Tony Niccum shared some suggestions on preventing possible lawsuits performing local\u00a0<\/p>\n
work for the district.<\/p>\n
Old Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 The plan is to have the water storage tank cleaned this spring for a cost of $2500.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Paterson construction will begin rebuilding the sewer building in about two weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Adam from Paterson Construction replaced a water meter for one of the Home Owners.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 There will be slight delay preparing the water meter bills as Donna\u2019s computer acquired a<\/p>\n
virus with her computer. Mike Lilley will attempt to resolve the situation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
