A resolution Amending the District’s Bylaws<\/b><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> it is important that The District have a clear set of policies and procedures governing its actions and accountabilities; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District adopted a set of bylaws on August 3, 2006; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District amended those bylaws on August 15, 2008; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> in accordance with those bylaws, the bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the board of directors.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District hereby amends the bylaws to be those identified as \u201cBylaws of Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District\u201d dated March 5th<\/sup>, 2013.<\/p>\n

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th<\/sup> day of March, 2013<\/p>\n
