A resolution authorizing a Water Credit to Tom Carroll<\/b><\/p>\n
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has the responsibility of maintaining the property it owns<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> over the past several years, Tom Carroll, a District resident, has been responsible for the irrigating, mowing and trimming of the District’s Well house property<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> hiring aa private company for such maintenance would cost the District significant money<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $200.00 to the Carroll account for excellent maintenance of District property<\/p>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District authorize a payment to the Tom Carroll’s water district accountl in the amount of $200.00 (two hundred dollars).<\/p>\n
