Financial Report<\/p>\n
\u2022 The financial report was issued by Mike Lilley. Mike Huber move to accept the financial<\/p>\n
reports and Tom Walter seconded. All members accepted.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022 There was no public input.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 The contractor selected to rebuild the sewer shed has failed to come back with a bid and\u00a0<\/p>\n
date of construction. We are going to wait at a later date to decide whether we place it up<\/p>\n
for bid with other contractors.<\/p>\n
New Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Brian Hensel advised us that the DEQ suggested we clean our tank as there is a small\u00a0<\/p>\n
amount of debris at the bottom of our tank. Arrangements are being made by Mike Lilley<\/p>\n
to accomplish this.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Brian had to do a minor chlorination of the system due to some work he performed on the<\/p>\n
water system.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Resolution was made to pay $100 apiece to both the Bonner School and Our Savior\u00a0<\/p>\n
Lutheran Church for the use of their building for board of directors meeting.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 It was discussed that four Sunny Meadows residents may have their water shut off due to\u00a0<\/p>\n
none payment next month.\u00a0<\/p>\n
