A resolution authorizing payment of sunny meadows debt obligation<\/b><\/p>\n
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has issued bonds through the DNRC’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> said bonds have a payment due on or about January 1, 2013; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the amount of the payment due is $6,076.25 (six thousand seventy-six dollars and twenty-five cents); and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District’s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/p>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District authorizes payment as required by the SRF program. It further directs any or all board members to sign whatever documentation is required to facilitate prompt payment.<\/p>\n
