Financial Report:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Lilley read the financial report. Mike Huber moved to accept it and Paula<\/p>\n

\u2022 There was no public input.<\/p>\n
Old Business:<\/p>\n
\u2022 With assistance from both Cyndie Winchell and Mike Lilley our book keeper for<\/p>\n
the association will better understand how to do the job more proficiently.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cyndie Winchell produced a letter aimed at being sent to all home owners<\/p>\n
regarding back flow devices. This letter will describe the seriousness of the<\/p>\n
matter at hand and how a back flow device would best serve everyone in our<\/p>\n
association.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:<\/p>\n
\u2022 We discussed and the board accepted to increase from $50 to $100 the donation<\/p>\n
we offer each year for the use of the church. Usage generally occurs when the<\/p>\n
school is closed. On the same subject, we discussed the possibility of making a<\/p>\n
donation to the school from here on out for the usage of the school library. We<\/p>\n
use the school more each year than the church. The board agrees that it is very<\/p>\n
convenient having access to each.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Well house meltdown\u2014apparently our pump-house heater malfunctioned on<\/p>\n
New Years Day. Mike Lilley lent the home owners a heater till we replace it to<\/p>\n
keep the pipes from freezing. The insulation on the roof will have to be<\/p>\n
reinsulated as it was damaged inside.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Well head security\u2014after the security was breached at a Whitefish Mt water<\/p>\n
system by someone we discussed and agreed that we should have a professional<\/p>\n
welder weld a locking device to prevent anyone entering our pump heads. The<\/p>\n
cost would be around $1,000. Our water tank is very secured and safe from<\/p>\n
anyone trying to sabotage our water system.\u00a0<\/p>\n
