Financial Report:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cyndie approved the financial report and Paula Niccum seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022 There was no public input.<\/p>\n
Old Business:<\/p>\n
\u2022 We discussed some minor book keeping procedures we were concerned with.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 System Recommendations\u2014Discussed again was Backflow Preventers. We<\/p>\n
discussed how we would present this to the home owners and a possible deadline<\/p>\n
as to when they would be expected to be installed. Also discussed was the<\/p>\n
installation of the Preventers and what participation the board would partake in<\/p>\n
delegating this new procedure. On the same subject it was discussed if you had a<\/p>\n
back flow device on the main water line coming into the house would a<\/p>\n
homeowner need a Backflow Device on their sprinkling system also. It was<\/p>\n
determined that there would have to be one on each to keep the system clean.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 As we dwell into the matter of where possible contamination is entering the water<\/p>\n
system there has been some detection of improperly installed metered<\/p>\n
installations. The board will continue to research this situation.New Business:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Annual Financial Report\u2014Paula move to accept the Annual financial report and<\/p>\n
Mike Lilley seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bond Payment\u2014Mike Huber moved and Paula seconded to pass a resolution to<\/p>\n
submit the payment to the county.\u00a0<\/p>\n
