\u2022 There was no public input.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 We discussed some rather serious book keeping errors by our book keeper. Mike<\/p>\n
and Cyndie are working diligently to resolve the mistakes.<\/p>\n
\u2022 It was discussed that one of the home owners was late with the water payments<\/p>\n
but was making up payments at this time. We are hoping it will continue.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 We again discussed future checks with regards to creative plumbing issues. There<\/p>\n
will be more discussion on this matter in the future and the date when the Board<\/p>\n
will be able to check.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Discussed very seriously is the continued bacteria being found in the water<\/p>\n
system. We have had our water system manager working with the EPA in trying<\/p>\n
to resolve the issues. It was suggested that we install \u201cBackflow Preventers\u201d,<\/p>\n
both in the house just before the meter, plus have a working backflow Preventer<\/p>\n
installed with all sprinkling systems. There will be more discussions in the future<\/p>\n
on these Back Flow Devises and their potential costs.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 At this time there are several suspected areas that may be a polluting sight. We<\/p>\n
are hoping to have these places checked before winter sets in. \u2022 Cyndie Winchell invited a Backflow Preventer expert to attend our meeting to<\/p>\n
answer some questions we have had about Backflow Preventers and their costs.<\/p>\n
We would like to thank Perry Hildeman, one of the local home owners for<\/p>\n
attending our meeting. It was quite informative.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 The continued need to chlorinate our water system is becoming very serious and<\/p>\n
costly for the district. If this continues it could cost the home owners more<\/p>\n
money per month to pay for it.\u00a0<\/p>\n
