\u2022 Tom Walter approved the Financial Report and Mike Huber seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022 There was no public input.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 General topics were discussed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Board elections were discussed regarding Mike Huber and Tom Walter. No other home<\/p>\n
owners are volunteering to be elected to the board.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Director Compensation and the months each members would be paid for was discussed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Back flow Preventers were discussed. It was discussed that a possible problem in our<\/p>\n
water contamination was caused by water flowing back into our water system from home<\/p>\n
owner\u2019s yard sprinkler systems.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 It was discussed that one of the home owners is failing to pay the monthly water bill and<\/p>\n
that they may have to be shut down till they do pay soon. This resident has been a<\/p>\n
continued problem. Another home owner has requested an extension on their bill till<\/p>\n
October. This was granted by the board.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Church Meeting Room Rental: A raise in the room donation\u00a0from $50 to $75 was<\/p>\n
suggested and granted by the board. The church has been very cooperative in the past<\/p>\n
when ever it is needed.<\/p>\n
