A resolution updating Certain of the district’s policies<\/b><\/p>\n
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District’s contracted services are fulfilled by companies and individuals who will occasionally be unable to continue performing those services; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has defined policies for filling contracted positions on those occasions; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District had established a policy for the process of filling each position in 2007; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has established a policy allowing timely payment of bills in situations where said payment cannot wait for the next regular meeting of the board without becoming delinquent; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District’s policies require periodic review of said policies.<\/p>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District adopt the Pre-Approved Expenses policy and Job Opening Policy dated May 5, 2011 as the official job descriptions for the District, and that those job descriptions should be effective until their re-review, currently scheduled for May, 2015.<\/p>\n
