A resolution authorizing additional maintenance\/repair expense<\/b><\/p>\n
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has been utilizing the services of Brian Hensel as our contracted water operator; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has had an intermittent problem with the water system which may indicate a leak in a portion of the system; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> continued positive coliform bacteria results in the system may cause the District to incur substantial additional expense; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> Brian has indicated he may be able to detect the potential leak if he is allowed to spend time with detection equipment, but is reluctant to do so without explicit authorization; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District would benefit strongly from this issue being resolved.<\/p>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District authorize Brian Hensel to spend up to 10 hours of billable time during calendar year 2011 in searching for the leak. Any time spent is to be billed at his standard rate of $48\/hour to the District.<\/p>\n
