A resolution authorizing signing a contract with our water operator<\/b><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has been utilizing the services of Brian Hensel as our contracted water operator; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> Brian’s contract with the District needs to be renewed; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> Brian has been performing his duties at the same rate since 2007; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District is extremely happy with Brian’s performance and conduct as our water operator, and wishes the relationship to continue.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District enter into a new contract with Brian Hensel to fulfill the duties of water operator for the District, increasing his base pay by $50 per month from his previous contract.<\/p>\n
