Mike Huber\r\napproved and Tom Walter Seconded.\r\nApproval of the Minutes\r\n* Board members approved the minutes for November 4th, 2010\r\nFinancial Report\r\n* Cyndie Winchell provided us with the financial report. Mike Huber made\r\nmotion to accept and Tom Walter seconded.\r\nPublic Input\r\n* There was no public input.\r\nOld Business\r\n* Other than a few minor adjustments the new well pump has been replaced.\r\nDan Stevens will make those final adjustments.\r\n* The bond payment authorization form has been signed.\r\nNew Business\r\n* Adam Pummill has asked the district to provide him with paperwork\r\nverifying that the Krumvieida property has a hookup right to the water\r\nsystem. Adam is interested in purchasing the property.
