\u2022 Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Financial reports periods 5\/10 and<\/p>\n

\u2022 Mike Huber made motion to accept financials and Cyndie Winchell Seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Public Input<\/p>\n
\u2022 There was no pubic input.Old Business\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Were still having problems with one of the pumps at the well house with electrical<\/p>\n
problems. Were hoping to get them repaired or replaced soon. We are hoping for<\/p>\n
a warranty help out.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 We discussed the issue with one of the residents not paying their water bill. It is<\/p>\n
closing in on shutting off the water soon if it isn\u2019t paid.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business<\/p>\n
\u2022 We were introduced to our new bookkeeper and Meter reader. His name is Mel.<\/p>\n
The transition has caused some mix ups in our billing process and checking<\/p>\n
meters on time. The water bills are running a little late at this time. Mel assures<\/p>\n
us everything will come together soon.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 We discussed proper compensation to the Church we have used in Bonner when<\/p>\n
the school wasn\u2019t available. We were settling on approximately $50. Bill<\/p>\n
Engelstad will work on this matter.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bill Engelstad announced he may be moving as soon as his house is sold. We all<\/p>\n
will surely miss all his dedication and hard work with the board.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 A letter will be written to those residents bordering the sewer lot. They have been<\/p>\n
dumping limbs and cut grass over their fence. This has become both and eye sore<\/p>\n
and the stench from the cut grass can become unacceptable.\u00a0<\/p>\n
