\u2022 Board members approved the minutes for February 4th, 2010. Mike Huber made<\/p>\n
motion to accept the minutes, Tom Walter seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Report<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Lilley presented the financial report. According to the financial report our<\/p>\n
budget is in tract for the year.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Huber approved the report and Tom Walter seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Final Reading and acceptance of Ordinance No 1-2010<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ordinance No 1-2010 final reading was read by Cyndie Winchell.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 The board unanimously accepted and signed into law Ordinance No 1-2010.<\/p>\n
