\u2022 Board members approved the minutes for January 7th, 2010. Mike Lilley made<\/p>\n
motion and Mike Huber seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Report:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Other than one house that was for sale<\/p>\n
and not paying their monthly rates everyone is paid up.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Metered water sales brought in $1,277.40 bringing the YTD total to $24,121.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Sewer Service charges brought in $44.00 bringing the YTD total to $1,041.38.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Total expenditures for the month of January were $6,229.58.\u00a0<\/p>\n
