Approval of the Minutes\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Board members approved the minutes for December 3rd, 2009<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Lilley made motion, Mike Huber seconded<\/p>\n
Financial Report<\/p>\n
\u2022 December meter sales brought in $2,770. 09—YTD $22,844.42<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Huber approved the minutes of the financial report—Tom Walter seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Public Input<\/p>\n
\u2022 We like to welcome Dana and Ian Grof to the subdivision.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business<\/p>\n
\u2022 We discussed the News Letter being sent to all home owners. It will be mailed<\/p>\n
out this month. It addresses the new rate system and how it will work and why<\/p>\n
we have to make a change.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business<\/p>\n
\u2022 The Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Ordinance No.<\/p>\n
1-2010 was presented to the board by Mike Lilley. Paula Niccum had the honors<\/p>\n
of reading it to the board meeting attendees.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 We discussed the sewer system. There are currently 12 users hooked up to the<\/p>\n
system. It was discussed the revenue collected by the 12 users was adequate<\/p>\n
topay and maintain the system. In other words it does not require monies from the<\/p>\n
rest of the home owners.\u00a0<\/p>\n
