Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Mile Lilley motioned & Mike Huber<\/p>\n
seconded.<\/p>\n
Approval of the Minutes<\/p>\n
\u2022 Board members approved the minutes for November 5th, 2009.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Lilley made motion Bill Engelstad seconded.<\/p>\n
Financial Report\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Lilley reported that all members are pretty much up to date with their water bills.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 December becomes the final month of our warranty on our new water system.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business<\/p>\n
\u2022 We have made two payments January 01, 2009 and July 01, 2009 towards our new water<\/p>\n
system. We will make two payments each year, one January 1st, and one July 1st each<\/p>\n
being approximately $6,000. We have 38 more payments left, which will take till July 1st<\/p>\n
2028. We will have paid, with interest, $232,993.98.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 We discussed the newsletter we will be sending out to all members of our water and<\/p>\n
sewer district. We should be sending it out soon to the members, hopefully to generate<\/p>\n
some interests in the new water rate system.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Old Business<\/p>\n
\u2022 Everything is working with our water and sewer system at this time. There is no required<\/p>\n
chlorination at this time.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mike Nelson made the comment to Bill Engelstad that he didn\u2019t want to cut our drain<\/p>\n
field grass anymore after this year. We discussed who or what we may do next year. We<\/p>\n
are going to speak to Mike Nelson again to see what it will take to continue to use him.\u00a0<\/p>\n
